The company provides custom solutions in Millwork, Metal, Glass, Plastics and any other median required to produce a final product to meet your specifications. This is possible through series of well established relationships with a select group of suppliers.
Services we provide:
- Project Management – Over the years, we have developed and perfected a streamlined process to quantify the actions we need to take in order to manage client’s expectations and steer every project to a successful completion.
- In house Engineering – Our Engineering department provides detailing to every item in series of shop drawings which illustrate all assembly details, finishing joints and materials which are to be used on each project. In cases where more complex assemblies are required, we are resorting to additional 3D modeling which shows every component as well as the way entire assemblies are put together.
- Value Engineering – We take great care in listening to our clients needs. Therefore, if required, we possess the necessary technical know how as well as practical experience, to determine the best methodology for being cost conscious yet retaining the high standards of functionality quality and design intent that our clients expect.
- Quality Control / Quality Assurance – We believe that building quality into every product we make creates the attitude of Expecting quality, rather than creating the need to Inspect quality. The purpose of our quality assurance standards is to document and maintain an integrated system with output that will exceed customer expectations.
- Shipping and Installation across North America – Our Logistics department is a well-oiled machine on its own. We have the capacity to store finished product in optimal humidity and temperature conditions within our new 160,000 square foot facility, as well as coordinate large roll out shipments or tradeshows across North America and the US. Our team of professionals has the capability of dock to dock as well as inside delivery.
- Installation - Our Installers possess the skill sets of true artists. They do not consider a project completed, until the results are up to their high level of standards. They are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their work. Our installation partners adhere to the strictest safety policies and code of conduct at all times.
- In-depth knowledge of LEED project requirements – Eco-Sustainable Design has become one of the major shaping forces in the industry today. We are committed to propagate its principles both in our internal practices as well as an added service to our clients. Our staff is proficient with the format and documentation required for LEED registered projects with the processes in place to support such requirements should they arise.
